I was able to get the item that my daughter wanted, have it engraved,and save money too! The box was delivered in record time as well. After being told that I should ALWAYS purchase any Apple products on the Apple website, I found an Alternative.

One satisfied customer -- iPod Touch 4G, 2011-01-24

Purchased an iPod Touch 4G for Christmas with engraving.. The iPod Touch worked great, but the engraving turned out terrible and rubbed off on the 2nd day. Called the sqtore and got excellent service from their Customer Service team. They offered to replace my iPod Touch at no cost -- sent me an UPS label to return my iPod Touch within 48 hours, and sent me a replacement iPod Touch within 5 business days. The one thing to note is that they will charge you for the replacement unit, but will credit your account only after they’ve received the returned unit. What is also worth mentioning is that I had already purchased apps for my original iPod Touch and they gave me credits equivalent to the the apps that I purchased so that I was compensated for the money that I had spent. That’s great customer service!
I considered Mac Connection (with no tax charged) and the store when I was researching prices, but settled on them because of the positive customer service feedback that ...

The iPod touch is completely user friendly not to mention attractively compact. I know my way around a computer but am by no means a techie but I didn't need to be to use this. The iPod touch was set up in a matter of minutes and easily down loaded apps, even when I had selected to install several at the same time (oops) it took no time at all. I took a few random pictures and they came out great. The switch feature on the camera is very cool. From what I have done so far I am more than happy with my purchase and would recommend anyone that may be on the fence about getting one to go for it. You won't be disappointed.
