Other benefits of the ACES program include immediate access to ACES telephone support from an ADTRAN ACES representative within 30 minutes of your call and access to the ACES HelpDesk when you need to talk to a trained technical expert.All of the ACES Maintenance programs are offered as either one-year or three-year contractsthat provide a multi-year pricing discount.
