Finally get to listen to convention recordings on my phone

Bought 1 of these as I'm constantly buying convention recordings on MP3 that cannot be transferred via iTunes because of copyright protection. Fed up as I can't safely haul my laptop in the car to listen while commuting. Got one of these, copied the recordings, plugged it into my iPhone and listened for an entire 9 hour drive to another convention. Had the occasional heat issue with my phone for running so long at a stretch and have to pause after a few hours to recharge the phone, but by synching the phone to my aging Mercedes C300 via a bluetooth adapter, I finally achieved functionality. Little light in the button on the slide lets me know it's working. One trick - push the lightning connector out until it clicks. Don't try holding the button with your thumb or it actually unclicks the little lock and lets it retract. Where have these been all my life?! So far it seems pretty sturdy and held up to being tossed into compartments in my purse with the lightning connector retracted. I'll definitely buy again.
