With two male connector ends, the UR020-010 does not have a typical USB cable configuration. It is designed for rare instances where a peripheral or patch bay employs a USB A female connection in place of a type B connection. This cable will not work in PC-to-PC connections. File sharing between computers requires special, software-driven file transfer cables such as Tripp Lite's U233-006-PP-R or U233-006-MP-R.
