From day one, this wireless access point was dropping signals. We had our IT consultants upgrade the firmware and try just about everything possible, but nothing worked. Even tried several different locations. At the end of the day, I've read that this access point just doesn't have the best signal. So worthless. Had to go out and buy a much more expensive model from Cisco that worked like a charm. Too bad I wasted our money on this one.
