Add third-party closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras to select NetBotz Appliances.

The CCTV Adapter Pod 120 is designed for the customer who wants to utilize CCTV cameras with the NetBotz physical threat monitoring system. This enables images from CCTV cameras to take advantage of NetBotz 500 capabilities such as motion sensing, alert image capture settings, and alert customization. The CCTV Adapter Pod provides images of up to 640x480 resolution, 24-bit color, and up to 30 frames per second (color and resolution may be limited by CCTV video source). The CCTV camera connects to either the BNC, RCA, or S-Video input connector on the pod; video source input can be NTSC, PAL, or SECAM format. The pod has a USB port to connect it to the NetBotz 500 base station, and also has external microphone, speaker, and door switch jacks. Audio functions supported on 500 only. Door switch not included.

Easily add 3rd party sensors for monitoring fluid, vibration, dust particles, radiation, etc. to meet specific monitoring needs.

Scalability
The extensible platform can be scaled to meet changing business needs and requirements on demand. The management of additional devices is allowed as needed, while powerful facility and service management applications help to expand the product's management capabilities.

Network equipment monitoring
Monitor physical 'vital signs' of network and computer equipment via IPMI or SNMP.

Intelligent appliance
Built-in software allows appliance to assess severity of threats and provide notification, reducing network bandwidth.

Environmental monitoring
Prevent equipment failure from a full range of threatening environmental conditions.

Event-driven video storage
Video storage prompted by motion or alert.

Full-motion video camera
Capture a visual record when used with a compatible NetBotz appliance.

Handheld device support
Sends PDA-formatted alerts including pictures and link to live video to your Palm/Blackberry/PocketPC.

Real-time event notification minimizes response times to critical physical infrastructure situations. Enables IT Administrators to reduce mean time to repair, improve efficiency, and maximize uptime.
