Questions about log-in
Q: What will happen on March 18? What will I see when I go to www.ClubMac.com on March 18?
A: A banner will show news of the merger and redirect user automatically to www.MacMall.com
Q: After March 18, can I use my ClubMac log-in information (email/password) on MacMall?
A: You will be able to log-in using your ClubMac account.
Q: If I also happen to have a MacMall account, can I still use my ClubMac account?
A: If you have accounts on both MacMall and ClubMac and have the same email address as log-in name, your accounts will be merged for your convenience. You will have to use your MacMall password in order to access the merged accounts.
If you have accounts on both MacMall and ClubMac but have a different email address for each account as log-in name, your accounts will not be merged. You will have to use your ClubMac log-in information (email/password) to log-in to your ClubMac account and use your MacMall log-in information to log-in to your MacMall account.
If you have questions about any of your accounts, you can call 1-800-MACMALL (622-6255) and any of our Apple Gold certified agents will be able to provide you with information about your accounts.
Q: Why doesn’t my log-in work?
A: You may be using characters other than numbers or letters on your log-in name. Please call 1-800-MACMALL or create a new account using only letters or numbers.

Q: If I make a purchase from ClubMac on March 17, will my order still be served?
A: Your order will still be served based on your instructions made during the purchase. Nothing will change with your order.
Q: Can I start buying from MacMall using my ClubMac account?
A: Your ClubMac account will be recognized by MacMall’s system only by March 18. If, however, you wish to purchase anything from MacMall at this point, you may create a MacMall account at any time in order to avail of MacMall’s excellent offers and service.

Q: If I make a purchase before March 18 on ClubMac, will I be able to track my order status via MacMall.com?
A: You will be able to log on to MacMall by using your ClubMac account and track your order. Or you can call us at 1-800-MACMALL for any information about your ClubMac account.
Q: Will I be able to track my ClubMac orders/order history?
A: You should be able to track your order history. In the event that you can’t access that information please call us at 1-800-MACMALL for your order history or any other information about your ClubMac account.
Q: Will I be able to check my rebate status for previous orders made on ClubMac?
A: You should be able to track your rebates status. In the event that you can’t access that information please call us at 1-800-MACMALL for your rebates status or any other information about your ClubMac account.
Q: Will my rebates still be valid?
A: ClubMac rebates for items purchased before the merger will still be valid.
Questions about emails and other correspondences
Q: After merger, will I still continue to receive ClubMac emails?
A: You will receive MacMall emails after March 18, 2010.
Q: If I purchase anything from MacMall using my ClubMac account, will I still get a ClubMac receipt?
A: All receipts, credit card statements, correspondences will reflect MacMall after the merge date.
