Q. Where can I get my rebate form? A. Rebate forms can be downloaded by visiting our Rebate Center by clicking “Rebate & Coupons” found on the top right hand corner on www.macmall.com.
You can download your rebate form by using one of the following methods:
1. MacMall Order number (usually begins with the letter "S" or "W") 2. MacMall product part number 3. Manufacturer part number 4. Manufacturer name and/or product category |

Q. What documents should I submit when redeeming my rebate? A. Most of our rebates require the original or a photocopy of your invoice and the item's UPC label. Please note, however, that manufacturer rebates may require the original UPC label as well, in this case you may provide MacMall a photocopy of the UPC label. |

Q. Can I send all rebate forms in one envelope? A. No. Each rebate form goes to a different mailing address. Please check each rebate form carefully for the correct mailing address. |
