2. Register for Upgrade
Request your Office for Mac 2011 upgrade by providing your product key and completing the online registration form no later than Dec. 31, 2010. Each request for upgrade must be entered separately.
3. Verify Purchase You must verify your eligibility for the Technology Guarantee program. To get started, you will need your dated sales receipt.
You will have the option of submitting your sales receipt by digital upload, fax, or forwarding your e-mail receipt from Microsoft or an authorized reseller. For digital submission, it’s helpful to have your documents digitally uploaded to your computer before beginning the process. Scanned documents, digital photos, and e-mail receipts will be accepted.
4. Receive Upgrade
You will be notified by e-mail when Office for Mac 2011 is available in your country or region and language. You must return to this site to request your upgrade no later than Dec. 31, 2010. You will have the choice to download Office for Mac 2011 at no additional cost, or purchase a DVD*.
You must meet all eligibility requirements to receive your Technology Guarantee upgrade. |
