Just a few days after receiving my new MacBook Pro, we discovered a problem with the Airport card. Tech support was very patient and helpful over the phone as we tried to resolve the issue. When it became apparent the problem was hardware, Apple overnighted us a box with specific instructions on how to return the notebook. We did, it was fixed in a very timely manner, and I received my notebook back immediately. I shipped a broken notebook on Tuesday and received a repaired notebook on Thursday. AppleCare proves that Apple does indeed care about their customers.
