Sometime last month my Mac Pro had technical glitches. Good thing I have AppleCare. I had a lot of questions on how to get my desktop running and the technical support was nice to assist me in all of my queries. It was a great idea to extend the coverage period of my iMac’s protection plan. A couple of months ago I had to take my iMac to the Apple Store because it has slowed down very noticeably. The staff has identified a problem with the memory, apparently from overuse. After a couple of days I had the iMac in really good condition.
